By creating an account or using Kumevo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

Description of Service

Kumevo provides an AI-powered time tracking and workforce management platform designed for field service and construction companies. Our services include GPS-based clock-in/out, timesheet management, project tracking, job costing, reporting, and integrations with third-party tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches.
• Ensuring that all users within your organization comply with these terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Kumevo to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services.
• Use the platform for any purpose other than its intended business use.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our software.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the platform without our consent.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Kumevo platform -- including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and the overall design -- are the exclusive property of Kumevo and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kumevo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. We will make your data available for export for a reasonable period (30 days) following termination. After this period, we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and, where possible, sending you an email notification. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
